Cleaning services are not shipped. Cleaning service bookings are arranged directly with Adept Domestic / Adept Clean and are subject to booking availability, location, and service confirmation.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver cleaning products and supplies within South Africa.

Delivery availability may depend on your location, courier coverage, and product availability. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you to discuss available options.

4. Processing Times

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Standard order processing usually takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or stock shortages, processing times may be slightly longer.

Johannesburg and surrounding areas: 2–5 business days
Major cities in South Africa: 3–7 business days

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Adept Domestic / Adept Clean will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery charges.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the order to us.

Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • photos of the damaged or incorrect items;

  • a short description of the issue.

We will review the matter and may offer a replacement, correction, refund, or another suitable solution.

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a replacement, delayed delivery, or refund for the unavailable item.

12. Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are not delivered by courier.

For cleaning service bookings, clients must provide the correct service address, access details, preferred date and time, and any special cleaning requirements.

Service availability may depend on your location, schedule, property size, and the type of cleaning service requested.
